What was the biggest challenge you faced in creating your store?

The challenge was coming up with marketing and branding stories. It's an important aspect that you might not thinking about when you're focused purely on selling products.

What worked really well when using our platform?

The theme editor was easy to use. Images and videos were easy to upload and select.

What could be improved when using our platform?

It's weird trying to import photos from an iPhone/the Mac Photos app. I believe they use HEIC format, and Shopify doesn't currently support that.

How did this experience help you build empathy for our merchants?

They have a lot of work to do with marketing! And we should support them in this way as much as possible.

What is your biggest takeaway from this experience?

Shopify's admin experience is terrific and well-planned.
